I use Dropbox for online storage of my business files.  What a simple, easy to use and free service.  It's available for use across all devices.  The free basic version is exactly what I need as a small start-up business where my priority has to be the safety and security of clients confidential projects, assignments and files.  As sole administrator of my account I can share files with my clients online for amendment and updating at the touch of a button.

Are you a sole trader, who apart from providing your service or selling your product, spends any time left over trying to source new clients or business.  So what happens to the paperwork.  It's in a heap in a drawer somewhere or filed under miscellaneous. What about the invoices you've to send out,  that proposal you've to write for the bank,  those emails you've to follow up on. Are you a small start up business where things are progressing faster and further then you imagined.  Fantastic!....
